Anne-Marie Duff (born in England) is an English actor and narration. Duff's television debuts came in the late 90s when she graduated from Drama Centre London. Her first fame was as Fiona Gallagher during the UK's Shameless series. The Virgin Queen (2006) came next, in which she was the role of Queen Elizabeth. From Darkness, a television show From Darkness (2013) also included her as the main character. Duff has had roles in films like Enigma (2001) The Magdalene Sisters Notes on a Scam (2006) French Film (2008) The Last Station and Nowhere Boy Before I Go to Sleep (2014) and Suffragette (2015). The Virgin Queen Shameless The Virgin Queen and Suffragette have all landed her BAFTA nominations for Best Actresses. Anne-Marie Duff was a multi-award-winning English actress. She has excelled in showbiz as she has appeared on TV radio movies as well as theatres. The actress gained a lot of attention due to her performances as Fiona Gallagher on the British comedy drama show Shameless as well as Queen Elizabeth in The Virgin Queen.
