Anne-Marie Duff has been an English actor, narrator, and writer for the past thirty years. Duff was a TV character in Trial & Retribution Amongst Women as well as Aristocrats during the 90s. Anne-Marie Duff a Britsih Actress born on 8 October 1970 in Chiswick London United Kingdom. Anne-Marie Duff is a stage and film actor from England. She became famous for her character Fiona Gallagher on the first two seasons of UK TV series Shameless. The Virgin Queen (2006) was her following character. She also appeared as the role of Queen Elizabeth I and the main character in From Darkness, a television show in 2015. Duff was in movies such as Enigma (2001) The Magdalene Sisters Notes on a Scam (2006) French Film (2008) The Last Station and Nowhere Boy Before I Go to Sleep (2014) as well as Suffragette (2015). The roles she played of Shameless The Virgin Queen Nowhere Boy and Suffragette have earned the BAFTA nominations in categories like the Best Actress and Best Supporting Actress categories and she was given her the BAFTA Cymru Award for Best Actress for her performance in the 2007 television film The History of Mr Polly. Anne-Marie Duff has been a successful award-winning English Actress who made her mark on the TV, stage and on the radio. She became a household name for her role as Fiona Gallagher, in British comedy-drama Shameless. Anne-Marie has also a lengthy performance history on stage and has worked extensively for her company, the Royal National Theatre.
