Ashton Whitty and Asia Argento

Ashton Blaise Whitty (born October 1, 95 in Berkeley California) is an actress. She is an American actress who was seen on screen in Choices (2010) as well as The Heart and Other Small Shapes (2004).

Asia Argento, born in Rome to a family which includes actors and directors, was also a professional. As a young girl and acting, she made her debut in the film of Sergio Citti, Sogni e bisogni. In 1988, she was cast in the leading role in the first feature of Cristina Comencini's film Zoo. She was also an integral part of Michele Soavi's acting cast for The Church. In the year following her debut, she portrayed Nanni Moritti's daughter as a child in Red Wood Pigeon. In Trauma she appeared for the first time with her father, the renowned Italian filmmaker of horror Dario Argento Her mother is one of Argento's favorite actresses, Daria Nicolodi, playing an anorexic girl in search of her parents' killer. Dario Argento's the Phantom of the Opera is the third movie she's created with her father among them Trauma and The Stendhal Syndrome Asia's absorbed, intense style of acting was fully utilized in Giuseppe Piccioni's Condannato a nozze . In 1993, she co-starred in the role of Arianna the disabled child in Carlo Verdone's Perdiamoci di vista. It was an intricate and demanding role that she was awarded an award of David di Donatello. In 1995, she worked alongside Michel Piccoli on Peter Del Monte's Compagna di viaggio. This collaboration was rewarded with a David di Donatello award and a Grolla of Oro. The first short film Asia made was a scene from the De Generazione movie. Two years following, Asia became a director and produced two films. One of them, AbelAsia was a homage to her dad. In 1999 Asia made her feature-directing debut with Scarlet Diva with Scarlet Diva, in which she was the leading actor and wrote the screenplay. The film was released in the month of May in Italy as well as the rest of the world. The film won an distinction in Brooklyn during the Williamsburg International Film Festival.
