Brooke Elizabeth Burns born 16 March 1978 is an American television and model. Burns started her career in television as a supporting character Peg from the Spanish-American teen sitcom Out of the Blue (1995-1996). Burns was a member of the Baywatch team in 1998. She then starred on the sequel to Baywatch: Hawaii version until her pregnancy forced her to quit the show. Brooke Elizabeth Burns is an American model, actress and TV personality who is best known for her role as Jessie Owens in the famous drama show Baywatch.
